VNA Community Healthcare hosted their first annual fundraising event on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, 8:00 - 9:30 a.m.  at Woodwinds in Branford. 

The event was an upbeat social gathering with networking and moving presentations by Kristen Cusato, Southwestern Regional Director for the Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter and Lois Chamberlain, family caregiver. Kristen presentated of our first annual Community Partner Awards honoring Guilford Savings Bank, Rehab Concepts and Lenny & Joe’s Fish Tale restaurant.

All proceeds from our Harvest Breakfast Fundraiser supports the many programs and services we provide at home and in the community.  These include: skilled home care, chronic disease management and coaching, family caregiver support, wellness classes and screenings.
