Flu & Pneumonia Clinics


VNA Community Healthcare nurses are providing annual shots for seasonal flu and pneumonia. All shots are given by licensed and experienced nurses.  And as a non-profit organization, we rely heavily on our flu prevention program.  Every dollar we collect from this program is reinvested in our communities.  Scroll down for locations of our FLU CLINICS.

 

Payment Options (bring all insurance cards):

  • 65 years and older - Aetna Medicare, Anthem BC/BS Medicare, Connecticare VIP and Medicare Part B
  • All Ages - Aetna, Anthem BC/BS and Connecticare
  • Self Pay - For all other insurances NOT listed above, the Federal Government announced the rate as of October 1 (see below).  We accept payment by Cash, Check, Mastercard or Visa.

Self-Pay Fees:   (Rates may change in October 2012) 

  • Flu shot:  $38
  • Pneumonia shot:  $68
