VNA Community Healthcare serves greater New Haven and Middlesex with events and classes geared to provide -

  • family caregiver support
  • homecare for seniors
  • up-to-date information on Medicare and Medicaid and
  • wellness activities

Programs and classes are held in locations in central Connecticut.  Activities at VNA Community Healthcare headquarters are at 753 Boston Post Road (rear building), Guilford, CT.
