CT Programs to Support Seniors

The attached document from the Agency on Aging of So. Central CT provides up-to-date information on the variety of programs to help support seniors, and their families. Changes in programs occur usually in early fall, after the beginning of the State's budget year on July 1.
As the Shoreline CT community’s VNA, our private duty nurses provide visiting nurse services for help after surgery and recovering at home. We can recommend home companion help, homemaker services, and physical therapy services available in the comfort of your CT home. Ask us about Shoreline visiting nurses and the Shoreline homecare program.
