Losing the ability or desire to drive can be an important transition moment. But it doesn't have to mean the end to shopping, outings, etc. The towns along the central CT Shoreline, Hamden and North Haven have a variety of options.

IMPORTANT UPDATE
East Shore District Health Department terminated the ESDHD Volunteer Transportation Program at the end of August 2009. This program has provided medical transportation for seniors in Branford, North Branford and East Haven for over 30 years.
